　資本主義の総本山ともいうべき米国には、株価の上昇が広く社会全体に恩恵をもたらすような仕組みが、ビルトインされています。
　それと同じことができるのは、個人が2000兆円もの金融資産を持っている日本です。人口が減少し続ける日本でGDPを増やすことは非常に大変ですが、個人金融資産をはじめとする国富を２倍にするのは案外簡単なことだと思うのです。
