2002年小樽商科大学大学院商学研究科修士課程修了。
03年から、中小企業経営者などを集めたドラッカーの読書会を開始。
13年間で700回以上開催し、16都道府県、23カ所で展開、ファシリテーターを養成する。
著書に、『実践するドラッカー』シリーズ（ダイヤモンド社）、『ドラッカーを読んだら会社が変わった！』（日経BP社）
