Умирая, Иван Грозный оставил царство своему сыну Федору. Но уже в ночь после смерти Иоанна началось шатание умов- кому присягать. Заговорили о немощах убогого Федора и предложили целовать крест малолетнему Дмитрию. Так начался один из самых тяжелых периодов в истории Руси, который привел к пресечению правящей династии Романовых и Смутному времени.
