Thank you so much for writing your book. For years I’ve been restricting & binging. Punishing myself for not being able to stick to a diet, berating myself for failing to stick to my low carb, no sugar, no dairy, no fun existence and being OBSESSED with food/body image which has captivated every waking moment.
