Loved it. As a goal achievement coach I appreciated the concepts and practical methods in this book. The practices are backed by neuroscience and psychology, and many were familiar as I underpin my own coaching strategies with this science. A worthy book for those who want to achieve more, but may not have discipline as a strength. James' techniques allow you to adapt them to your personality, in little bites that will develop into an entire smorgasbord.

Guilia makes this subject both fascinating and entertaining. The writing is skilled and the descriptive analogies are sensitive, funny and relateable. This book has directly influenced my behaviour towards my diet and nutrition, as I learned many practical tips for what to do, and not do. Guilia, when will we see you next book?

some of the examples are a bit dated but the psychology is sound, and this book is still being referred to by other writers in the psych and neuro spaces
