Wow Jimmy this was awesome. I'm loving keto combined with intermittent fasting. I don't do it for weight loss as such (do have a wee bit to lose but not much) I am following you bro for health, anti aging and longevity. I have tested protein side of it and yep I think I need to stop the casein before bed (I weight train and thought I needed it but I don't) I will eventually get my macros right and stay in ketosis a lot longer. Thank you so much for this book. I will be reading this many times over (should I say listening). Xxx
