This book is life changing only if you take it on board and take responsibility for your behaviour. I have realised the importance of putting time aside for myself and making that a priority. I found so many great life lessons within this book and it has changed my perspective on the way I view everyday situations. A must read for anyone feeling stressed, anxious or depressed. It is up to you to make changes to improve your own life.
