Like all of the books in this series, this is well written and well spoken. Wether you believe it or not, the story is good.

Regardless of your beliefs. This is a fun read. It’s full of case files and stories, that are just good to listen too. I really like the narration.

I was at the first put off by the narrator, but at the end of a long day, it blends in like white noise, you find yourself actually relaxing. I put the headphones on before bed, lay down, and before I know it its morning. I have slept the best I have slept for the past year. And the little things I have noticed. Just subtle, but it's working. I feel better. What ever the reason. I am feeling better and more rested. Thats a win. Only negative would be the chapter selection - I would like to be able to choose at times certain chapters as there is a 5 in one bundle. They need to be named so you can choose what one you wish to listen too.

I really enjoyed this book I didn’t know what to expect it’s basically just about one particular place and a handful of collective stories I liked the narrator he got into the script he did the voices it was a fun read it wasn’t scary so that you couldn’t listen to it late at night but it wasn’t boring so that it kept you wanting to fall asleep I enjoyed it for the simple fact that I could do house work drive to work go home again and it kept me intrigued it kept me interested I really didn’t joy it five stars

As an audiobook, I was expecting some words. Being subliminal messages I was expecting to hear things. What I got was a number of tracks that are amazing for sleeping, driving and just bookwork or housework. Even without the added bonus if the messengers, these tracks are incredibly peaceful. You have whale sounds, fire place crackles, rain, storm, running water and ocean waves.. for the discounted member price it was worth it. I have spent more on “calming CDs” and not enjoyed as much.

I enjoyed reading the book and I certainly enjoyed listening to it being narrated it was good to be able to actually experience the exercises while the author was reading the book it’s certainly made going over the passages and information a lot more intense when you read it the second time having felt it the first
