Better than the movie.

Really enjoyed the movie, when purchasing this I expected it to run parallel to it. Which would of been fine, to my great surprise it easily surpassed it. Enjoy stepping into this world and getting to experience the characters and there various struggles. Though Wade is the main protagonist getting to see how his journey from lowly low level minion to evolving in game was also good. Did enjoy the contrast between the gunters and IOI, though Hunters are the good guys they don't fight together, I know other clans do, IOI though bad seem to more embody team ethos though the reason are dodgy they seem to work towards a conserted goal better. If you aren't meticulous by nature some of the detailed list maybe annoying, if you understand some of the nature of the characters it should make sense. Enjoy it

I have taken a trip back down memory lane revisiting Narnia. This story took awhile to get to the punch, once there I wanted the story to slow down again. Left me wanting more though it didn't start off like that.

Loved it, have listened to the series 3 - 4times. Love the ending how it set up more possible stories. True star wars fashion twist upon twist constant build that didn't dissappint. There is a lot going on which is something I've liked, when I listened back over the series found some many things I had missed due to being tied up with a different angle. Would of loved to have seen this story go and seen how the other Sith could of been used. As well as the beyond shadows character, that had been seen in Jacen vision. And Vestera, soany great stories that could of been told and characters developed. I guess we will never know, which sucks badly. It's stories like this that has me really questioning Disney anemic direction.

Story
The Call is a continuation of Rick Joyner's extraordinary vision of heaven, first recounted in The Final Quest. The Call is a sober challenge to Christians around the world to live out the truth with which they have been entrusted. It is a call to sacrifice and to do all things for the sake of the gospel. The darkness will soon be over, and the day of our Lord will dawn. Now is the time for us to take a stand against the great darkness for the sake of the light.

Felt led to go back over this as well as the torch and the sword. I feel we have into the torch and sword era, this book is still great instruction from humility in one's trails to being known not for your position for who you are. The ability to touch the fathers heart via our responses, he shuts down heaven when one's praises him in the midst of such darkness...

The rise of Palpatine
Reviewed: 14-01-2020
The beginning was a bit slow, the author really took me into Plagues mind and how he operated. I found tbis made Palpatine when he is mentioned really shine. Once Palpatine was introduced found myself hanging out for Palpatine to reenter the story. From his lessons on manipulation to kill his family. You can see the various echo of Anakin fall to his constant planning. Really enjoyed seeing the in depth character development of Sidious in this book. A must of you enjoy other legend writings or enjoy Palpatine rise, really great story

Always enjoy the constant build and twist to the legends stories. From character arcs through development of story, this series has had it all l so far. In typical Star Wars fashion risk are made like a high stakes card game with stakes being raised with every 🖐️. Would encourage those who may not be fimiliar with Star Wars series, to read the previous novels as the twist and turns maybe a bit confusing without knowing at least some of the earlier plots and how they have unfolded and built
