The book is fine. It draws examples of different human nature behaviours from real life stories over history.

maybe i was expecting much. But the book didn't make much sense to me. still there are great points and arguments there. in general most of it felt empty and pointless to me.
also the performance of the narrator (the author himself) to wasn't good.
overall not worth it

After finishing The Last Wish I started this one.
It is as good as The Last Wish. If you want to go on chronological order. You should start with The Last Wish and then this one.
Last part of this book is wonderful. Very nicely written and narrated.

I loved this one. And also it is my first Witcher book to listen to in the whole saga.
Different quests through short stories. I liked them all.
And for me it was great also because the last story "The Last Wish" was about how Geralt and Yen met.
Highly recommended. And I also recommend it to be your first book in the saga.

I like the documentary. My 3 stars is all about the subject. I won't say it is not interesting. It is just strange. And because of that it opened my eyes how people can get themselves hurt and in pain for such none worthy competition (in my opinion).
Worth listing too if you have 3 hours free.

Interesting thoughts and reading of human future.
reviewing past critical problems and what humans did to turn them around.
The effect of AI and information on our future.
You'll probably get the feeling it is some kind of Sci-Fi movie. But it is not. The author just predicts how future could shape based on today's scientific development.
