she doesn't half harp on about her mother.

I was looking forward to listening to this after watching the movie as I thought it would go through her journey along the PCT but felt it was more of an ode to her deceased mother. I found it hard to fathom that she made so many poor life choices while dealing with her mother's death. I actually preferred the movie in this case.

A lot of common sense. Ideas you can put into practice. Worth the listen. .

Lenny Henry did a great job narrating. the story was easy to get into but I had a few wtf moments towards the end when it went a little too offcourse for me.

Decent enough. The narrators voice can get a little annoying at times but it's just a typical beach holiday read.

But it kept me entertained. Instead of feeling closer to the characters after listening I felt the opposite. great story though.

I thought Brad and Cate would end up together just like in the movie!! I didn't think you could run through an entire life story in around an hour but what a wordsmith Fitzgerald is. Maybe I'll let him have a crack at my biography next.

Everyone has seen the play but probably haven't read the book. Well I like to sound interesting with my knowledge of literature so thought I'd get this one out of the way.
It's actually quite funny. It's pretty cheap so just buy it so you can sound educated.

From start to finish, this has got to be my least favourite audiobook. I mean it's even worse than that comedienne who is supposedly a giant (though I dislike her less because I got a refund for that load of codswallop). I tried to get a refund for this rubbish but I wasn't allowed. Gutted.
There was not one joke, story or "funny quip" that I laughed at. In fact, how are these guys even famous when such a lack of talent is clearly obvious?!?
Regretable purchase and even more regrettably can't get my money back. I'd rate lower than one star of that was even possible.
