Dale Carnegie gets straight to the point and gives you practical ways you can reduce your anxiety here and now. This book is easy to understand and the narrator is absolutely wonderful and engaging. I have had anxiety and panic attacks for several years and this is the best and most useful book I have found yet to help guide me down a less anxious path. Sometimes the simplest advice is the best, we just need to be reminded of it.
