I love this author, I love the story, I have read a lot of her books and want to read more. Unfortunately this narrator irritates so thoroughly that she has turned me right off downloading any more Moriarty. The narrator is whiney, irritating and over-acting. I hated the first two audiobooks with her as the narrator, but this third one was the last straw. Couldn’t finish, it’s like fingernails down a blackboard. And I NEVER leave any book (good or bad) unfinished. Great story, great momentum building and fantastic characters and Australian lifestyle capture. But that voice...

Very powerful writing, extensive vocabulary use and the storyline keeps you always guessing. The narrator uses great intonation and adds to this exceptional story. I couldn’t put it down.
