This book highlights our society’s fixation on being a victim and why so many of us remain stuck in our misery or worse still inflicting misery on our loved ones through denial. How amazing to see someone transform by becoming an observer and then take ownership and simply stop the habit and move on

This is not a diet book. It is a spiritual guide for becoming more conscious of the thoughts and beliefs you are choosing that are blocking you from being able to release weight effortlessly. It is based on the spiritual psychology of A Course in Miracles and the author's experience as a neurolinguistic psychologist and clinical hypnotherapist. It is designed for those who have been struggling with weight issues for a long period of time and who wish to gain a new perspective on it.
