The points had been explained in detail
Reviewed: 09-01-2020
The author has explained the points in detail with very good supporting stories, it'll be very hard to apply the theories without properly practicing (and you need someone to or some practical opportunity to practice negotiation) I'm re-listening and will also buy the hardcover

Easy to digest, and the examples are practical and realistic, I can comfortably suggest this to anyone. (This is a good one to read/listen after the books Not nice and The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck books)

The stories were dragging

Stories are the second best way to reach the brain, but in this case the samples were too lengthy. I have printed out the summary of the 48 laws (4 pages from a free website), I'll have to re-listen and take notes ignoring the lengthy stories and add to the summary i printed out.

Story
When Dave Asprey started his Bulletproof Radio podcast more than five years ago, he sought out thought leaders and influencers in an array of disciplines, from biochemists to business titans to mediation masters. These folks were some of the top performing humans in the world, people who had changed their areas of study or even pioneered entirely new fields. Dave wanted to know: What did they have in common? What mattered most to them? What makes them so successful at what they do - and what makes them happiest?

This is after the headstrong, but the amount of information discussed is unbelievably amazing, already listened to this twice and bought the paperback too. This book was very easy for me to understand because i had already read the headstrong and followed most of the videos podcasts by Dave, (Eg - i clearly knew the difference between red light and NIR and what they can do to our bodies before jumping into this book) For someone who is serious about the bulletproof lifestyle, this book is precious little bit more than a guide. Contents are structured very thoughtfully (sleep and workout etc)

easy to understand and apply

I'm on this after listening to 4hr body and the Game changers (both books listened twice) and I'm on 1.25 speed but still very easy to understand and apply (compared to the earlier listening experiences, my amount of rewinding is very low on this book, not sure if this is my brain getting used to listening or its because of the author himself is the narrator here, that i presume making a huge difference) The way the contents are structured is very thoughtful,I would certainly buy the paperback too
