Endure was a very enjoyable way to absorb what would otherwise be very dense content. Alex Hutchinson’s skill to intertwine story telling with science if very engaging.

I thought I was leading a healthy lifestyle until I listed to Head Strong. The things I'd accepted as normal were, in fact, an outcome of my environment. Head Strong really helped me understand where I could make basic changes which have had immediate and very positive results. I thought I'd never spoil a great coffee with oil and butter - but I now love my morning Bulletproof coffee!

It promises so much but was very repetitive. I was expecting more detail on strategies and physiology of different fasting stages, such as the difference between 12, 16 or 18 hours, which was included but very light.
