Tim Ferris bought the rights to this audiobook and then attached an episode of his own podcast to the end of it in which he types on his keyboard throughout and all too often mumbles a "mmmm, mmmm" in response to Josh Waitzkin's thoughtful responses to his, Tim's, preplanned questions.
I have listened to many Tim Ferris podcast episodes for the insights provided by some of the guests and I have enjoyed them but I think the irony is a bit much, when the interviewer is so preoccupied whilst interviewing somebody who advocates, more than almost anything else, being present in the moment.
Aside from that, a well written book which is mostly a memoir with a small amount of very good life advice that people can transfer to their own everyday lives.

Extremely basic. Very repetitive.

A wealth of important information is within this audiobook. What the reader / listener does with it, is even more important. To absorb all the information in this book, it may be necessary to relisten to or refer back to sections of it in the future, as needed.
I found this book factual, yet motivating and inspiring. Read very well by the Author, it is one of my all time best audible purchases. I love it.
