Like many readers I didn’t know a lot about Jessica Simpson and probably judged her by the media reports I had read. I love autobiographies so started this one. Firstly the narration was beautiful and heartfelt and really makes this book. The story was amazing with so many tragic events shaping her along the way. No more judgement from me!! Great book

I had this book in my library for a while before I started it. If I had of known it was this good I would have listened to it immediately!!!
Very descriptive crime scenes if this bothers you but this book is about more than this.
Very enthralling until the end.
Highly recommend this book

I loved this book about an extraordinary man telling his unique story so honestly and eloquently. I was saddened by how his parents treated him but Loved the positivity by Elton in the Epilogue Taron Egerton has done a great job in narrating this book as he did acting and singing in the movie- he as well is a great talent

I loved everything about this book. The author took her time with character development but it was never boring. I was so invested in this book I couldn’t tolerate an unhappy ending- so I shed tears along the way. The narrator was excellent and talented with her command of accents and language. Put this on top of your to be read Wishlist

Brilliantly narrated by Tom Hanks who tells the story of family relationships. The bond between sister and brother is explored so intricately by Ann Patchett. Highly recommended this book

I am biased as I love memoirs... so I really enjoyed this especially the narration. The story is her story and as such I would never have anything negative to say about such blood sweat and tears. The majority of this work is about self esteem and mental illness and that’s what you get. Loved the resources at the end...Clare is obviously empathetic in wanting to help others who may be following in her journey. Well done Clare

The suspense was killing me to see how this all ended. Now I feel I can relax!!! The way this story is crafted is masterful and Margaret Attwood deserves every accolade she can collect along the way. Listening to the excellent narration-especially Aunt Lydia-was the icing on the cake. Don’t miss this if you want closure from HMT.
