This book has a good message, in its essence- vulnerability is courage. If you like this book I would recommend Brene Browns The Power of Vulnerability which is amazinggggg. It goes over and beyond what is covered in this book.

Raw, funny, engaging and down to earth. This audiobook isn't a recital of words, it is 6 hours of bonding between you, Brene, and your inner self. Brene digs deep into topics that can make you feel exposed, but all through it she will make you laugh and help you heal. Thank you Brene, I will listen to this again and again.
