If you could sum up Turning Points in American History in three words, what would they be?
Informative & entertaining
What about Professor Edward T. O'Donnell’s performance did you like?
Prof O'Donnell is a superb presenter and gets over the facts and the theory in an engaging and entertaining way; brilliant. Even better than Mr Oxley and Mr Todd all those years ago in high school - and they were excellent too.

From the post room to the board room, everyone thinks they can be the manager. But how do you manage outrageous talent? What do you do to inspire loyalty from your players? How do you turn around a team in crisis? What’s the best way to build long-term success? How can you lead calmly under pressure? The issues are the same whether you’re managing a Premier League soccer team or an FTSE 100 company.

If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?
Hard to listen to a reader who has no idea how to pronounce the names of the most famous football identities of current times. It's something of an uncritical hagiography of current football managers. I suppose the laws of libel make anything but hagiography feasible.
