I enjoyed this book very much but my one qualm was the interviews within it: Why weren’t they voiced by the person who was actually being interviewed?!? It detracts from the content and when you’re dealing with very familiar voices such as Hanna Gadsby and Phoebe Waller-Bridge and suddenly a terrible fake accent replaces their voices – it’s an awful experience! The interviews with these awesome people are throughout the book so I would have opted to read it in paper copy instead should I have known. Better your imagination than some awful, obviously fake accent/voice replacing them!

Other than that – this book is heavy on advice and feminist lessons and fans of DFW’s podcast of the same name will love it.

Love this!

Eclectic group of scenarios, stories and topics read entertainingly by Stephen Fry and a handful of actors. Very entertaining!!
