maybe not the best book to listen to add an audio book. It was confusing - there was never really an intro to explain what and why this book is, and even once you get into it, it's pretty hard to follow without being able to refer back!

there's a lot of medical language and references throughout the book - it would probably be easier to follow if you read it yourself rather than as an audiobook

I enjoyed this book - it made some pretty compelling arguments and explored ideas that most economics book ignore. Galbraith makes a few really important points that anyone interested in public policy and macroeconomics should understand. But it wasn't always super engaging and there's a lot of repetition. I'd recommend either an abridged version, or reading it in paper so you can skim read some bits.

the narrator did a really good job. His variation in speed and whispering/echoing effect added to the effect but made it quite difficult to hear when I listen on my commute and while walking around the city with lots of other competing noises!

Yunus is a very inspiring figure. I loved hearing about the organisation that he's built and his vision for the future. The narrator did well overall but I felt like his reading of the book gave it a more aggressive tone than what I 'heard' when I read a chapter of the printed version.

I strongly recommend this book. As someone who knows very little about the country, I found this such an interesting read, and admire the author's bravery for living in (and writing about) Pyongyang. It's both touching to hear the stories of the author's interactions with the students, and chilling to hear how almost every detail of their lives is regimented.

Another great book in this series! The story was enthralling, and was enhanced by the narrator's variety of voices/accents for the dialogue!

This was a fun book. It gave some interesting insights into the history of the relationship between Russia and the US, and into how intelligence operations with from an author who apparently worked for the CIA! I found some aspects of the characters a bit unbelievable (even for a spy novel!) and some of the twists predicable, but overall I still really enjoyed the book.
