I highly recommend this book for those who are beginning their AIP Journey. It explains why you need to do AIP and the importance of compliance. I really like the example of Amy's dad who received so my benefit from sticking to the AIP. A great read.

If you need that extra oomph to push you to do Whole30 then this is a great read. Short and to the point, it certainly inspired me to begin and stick to my Whole30 journey. I highly recommend this book for Whole30 beginners.

Interesting read about personality.

I didn't find this book as engaging as her first which I absolutely loved. I did enjoy listening to my particular tendency in detail but skipped through most of the others. I do really enjoy the work of Gretchen Rubin though.

I loved this book. Well read and easy concepts to implement. I have used the 5 second rule and it works! Now just to use it consistently.... Thanks Mel!

I must say, this book was hard going for me. I think I found a lot of the content to be dry due to all of the references to studies. I did find sections of the book interesting but would it is not a book I would recommend as inspiring.
