My first listen to I though that he made a few good points. Second time, I got some more and the third time my light bulb moment clicked.
Good book. Get from it whatever you want, but give it a go.

I’ve read a few fighter autobiography’s and they’ve all been a bit of a yawn, with splatterings of monster ego thrown in. This however was an honest and insightful look into England’s best fighter. I would strongly recommend and I’ll probably listen to it again in a few months.

An excellent audio book and very easy to listen to. I listened non-/stop as I commuted to work, walked the dogs and fixed the bearing on my Defender. I also sadly realised that I was also a LR nerd. Loved it.

Brilliantly written and narrated..

After hearing about his story on a podcast I decided to track the book down. Due to work and family commitments I never managed to read it.
I found the audiobook and started it whilst doing an ultra marathon. The book and narrator were so good that I forgot all about the pain of the run. 8hrs later I completed the book and spent the next 3hrs in quite contemplation .
Definitely worth listening to. Highly recommended.

I loved the fact that this was more then just an audiobook. The podcast feel and explanations Goggins gives adds to the feel and interest of the book.
Although there are elements of ego overload, it’s generally kept under control and each chapter has a real focus and explanation.
In short, I’ll be listening to this again as I feel there can be a lot learnt from it.
Great audio book.
