As a student of Functional Medicine I can relate to everything in this book. I started following the advice as I was mid way through and I am currently on day 3 and now going to listen a second time to absorb the information fully. I loved it!

My sleep has improved just in the few days it took to complete this book. I used Sleep Smarter app which comprehensively measured and verified this. Blue light blocking glasses were especially helpful. Highly recommended book
