I loved this.
I was 'umming' and 'ahhing' about getting this. There’s so much great stuff on the Great Courses. But something pushed me into getting it. Whatever that was I’m truly grateful. This was fabulous. It contextualised the lives, thoughts and aspirations of four people I wanted to get to know better. I enjoyed it all.
The Innovation Stack
- Building an Unbeatable Business One Crazy Idea at a Time
- By: Jim McKelvey
- Narrated by: Jim McKelvey
- Length: 6 hrs and 23 mins
Frustrated by the high costs and difficulty of accepting credit card payments, McKelvey joined his friend Jack Dorsey (the cofounder of Twitter) to launch Square, a startup that would enable small merchants to accept credit card payments on their mobile phones. The Innovation Stack is a thrilling business narrative that's much bigger than the story of Square. It is an irreverent first-person look inside the world of entrepreneurship, and a call to action for all of us to find the entrepreneur within ourselves and identify and fix unsolved problems - one crazy idea at a time.
Brilliant. Great presenter, great content

Loved it; from first word to last, and then again.
The magic sauce in this book beats Hogwarts hands down. And it was funny. And there's a comic. And I think it's the best map for places where there can be no maps. Well done Jim (and all who sailed with you). Oh yeah... Square rocks!
