This is without doubt the best book I have listened to on Audible. The characters are powerful and believable and the story line thought provoking and intriguing. The sort of book schools should have their students read.

It is a shame the start of this book is so interesting as you feel compelled to keep listening. The story line is predictable, Brooke's is nauseating and the accents irritating. By the end I was losing the will to live. Somebody rescue the dog from these people.

I really enjoyed this book, great characters and story. It opened my eyes on how devastating domestic violence is to women's and kids lives.
