I was unsure of of the way the start of the novel flipped backward and forwards however it all made sense in the end.

I really enjoy the relationship of Maeve and Josh have and the banter between them. The pages come alive went they are working a murder case together or supporting each other in their separate personal lives

The narrator was great too.

Looking forward to the next novel in the series.

I really enjoy Karen Rose’s novels.
What a shame the performance from Tara Ward was so terrible once again!!!
Some of the characters have already been in other Karen Rose novels but the voices used this time did not match. For example The voice of Ab Regan was totally different and very disappointing because you feel you know these characters Karen has created, I was looking forward the hearing them again.

I really have enjoyed this series of novels. Getting to know the main characters. Always holding my interest to the end as I work through the clues as they slowly and carefully woven through the latest novel. Cannot wait for the next one!! Please keep them coming!!

I have really enjoyed the Josie Quinn Series, but this book was very disappointing, and not as engaging as the previous books in the series.
Not sure I will purchase book 7!!!

I enjoyed this latest book however it is becoming a little frustrating that Lottie’s family is still taking centre stage and other characters are not being developed. Boyd and Lottie!!

Love the characters of Maeve and Josh their interaction, support and Josh’s protectiveness of Maeve. Josh’s walls are coming down slowly as the series goes on. Looking forward to their next adventure together.
What I did not enjoy in this novel was them working with others more than being together At times as I have always really enjoyed their banter and sometimes comically lines from Josh. Maeve brings out the best in him.

Lottie is amazing such a strong female character with a touching gentle side that she only shows when needed to gain the truth.

Really enjoy book 4, hard to put down! Love the characters seem so real, I was cheering for Erika as she tried to solve the murders. Cannot wait for book 5.
