This is a great book. It was very well read. I appreciated that all the content was research based. I liked that it explained the reason why, some simple strategies, can be implemented to improve ones happiness. This is a book that can help improve everyone's happiness. I recommend this book.

i love the gentle pace of this meditation. it allows you to be mindful & focus your mind with your breath. it is similar to most other meditations. Daniels voice is always calming. i like at the end it finishes subtly, so you can continue to self meditate in silence as long you want.

such a great self help book for parents. tackles simple & complex parenting scenarios. ive already seen improvement in my relationship with my boys. highly recommend this.

tim lists 10 easy to follow habits to help with a happier life. i can understand why they call him dr happy. such a positive audiobook series. this was one of my favorite self-help books. Tim's habbits make it easier to be a happier person. very well narrated.

mel Robbins breaks down everyone's stories so well. she identifies the hurdles slowing everyone down from past negative habit formations & helps rewire their thinking to take control of their new stories with positive habits. loved it. thanks mel.

So simple, yet so powerful. a must have book for everyone. i could listen to this over & over. i am already recommending it to my friends & family. i was one to press snooze multiple times in the morning & procrastinate. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1... not any more. the wake up challenge is hard, but im getting so much more done. i am eternally grateful. Thanks mel, i will use this to keep doing what I know I should be doing, not what i feel like. i look forward to downloading & listening too your other books.
