I’m loving the Rivers of London series. The story’s are interesting and fun with the right amount of fantasy. Kobna does a brilliant narration. Listen to the interview at the end of False Value with Ben and Kobna. Really interesting IMHO :-).
Hanging for the next installment now.

More immersive than cricket.

Starts a little slow, but hang in there. The story grows on you till it can’t be put down. Intrigue, action, surprises and cricket.

An amazingly rich tale of history and culture

The language and descriptiveness make this a very satisfying read. A history that I knew little about, brought to life in this story. I think I will listen again soon.

Reacher looking after those who can’t look after themselves. A great story that throws Reacher into a situation that his morals won’t let him walk away from.
All the things I love about Reacher. The logic, the plays and the daring and the baddies getting what they deserve.
Couldn’t put it down once started.

Vince Flynn and now Kyle Mills created such a great character in Mitch Rapp. And I can’t imagine anyone voicing his tales better than George Guidall.

As always, fast paced and lots of dead bad guys. Hard to put down for the last half.

What a great way to narrate a book. A brilliant cast telling an awesome story. None of the He Said / She Said lines because you know the voice of each character and they are talking in the first person.

Using the file records to tell the story is also a great way to use the cast.

I am loving this series.

What a tough life Jimmy led as a young boy and into his youth.

This honest telling of what Jimmy Barnes went through and did to survive is an eye opener. I have loved his music and now I respect him even more.

A moving read.

Can’t wait for Working Class Man on Audible.
