My copy of this recording had several glitches in the audio, but the analysis by Ben Shapiro of American history, and how people have been trying to destroy it and replace it with one of racism and greed, is impeccable. We need this content to be taught in primary school, And we need the philosophy to be taught in high school. As long as our schools continue to fail our students and teaching them how to truly understand the principles of the foundation of this country, and the obstacles that got in the way of the true realization of those principles.

I taught about the Crusades when I taught Church History at Jackson College of Ministries. I wish that I had access to this resource then! So many amazing complications and so many links to relevant current affairs that impacted upon them. I can’t praise this work enough - it was fairly executed with no bias towards any of the parties involved.

I doubt that I will implement many of the sharing techniques that were demonstrated in the end of the book, but I found that the discovery and sharing of micro-truths will be the key deliverable of this volume.

This had many good nuggets, but it wasn't what I was looking for. I disagree with many things in the text, but I liked the orderly way in which they were grouped and presented. This would be good listening for the budding psychotherapist, but it wouldn't be essential by a long shot.

I love everything that Longenecker and Witherington 3rd put out, but this was informative, and a little slow. It was developed using a creative approach, but nobody understood it except myself. Great for a glimpse into the enigmatic culture of the Roman/Greek mindset. Would it help with explaining our Gospel to an equally ignorant modern audience? Maybe.

In spite of the author's lack of confidence in the inspiration and preservation of Scripture, this is an excellent overview of the overlapping histories of the Hebrew, Greek and Latin Bibles. I learned a lot and will certainly listen to it again. Highly recommended for content, but not overly thrilled with the conclusions based upon the evidence.

This is an EXHAUSTIVE review of psychology that I doubt could EVER be improved! Professor Robinson starts from physical stimulus to perception to interpretation to social interactions and culture. Psychology on so many levels, with humour and an abundance of personal experiences that describe the history of attempting to explain and correct abnormal behaviour with all the approaches possible. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I appreciate the references to Ancient Near Eastern religious modus operandi, but I fear it is presumptuous to impose that culture upon the Jewish Scriptures. There was no evidence in Hebrew religious traditions that would allow such a preposterous interpretation, nor scientific evidence to enable the modern Christian to discard Intelligent Design in favor of evolution (which is highly inferential).
