After studying the "The Happiness Project' and implementing my own program of becoming happier, I knew to embrace the ideas in this book from the first chapter and by half way through had reworked my environment to support the goals that I have set myself for the next 2 years leading up to retirement ... to create "Everyday life in Utopia"

A ripping yarn .... the voice is a bit drone-y

The woman reading this except has an extremely irritating, sing song accent with wierd intonation and quite strange pronunciation. It was so distracting that it was hard to take in the information she is intending to convey. While her voice is possibly very charming in person, it's relentlessly obnoxious in this context
