Couldn't get past the second chapter and turned this off after Sharp repeated himself once too often when suggesting Google becomes your new best friend. "Don't know how to do something? No excuses! just google it!" was his mantra. What's the point in downloading the book? There was nothing new or interesting.

If you're over 30, you've probably heard it all before so don't bother. If you're young and need some motivation, it could work for you.

lots to absorb but it made sense. Finished the book and would like to listen to it again as there's a lot in it but the female narrator, whilst she talked clearly, was very hard to listen to... like finger nails down a chalkboard, so I doubt I'd be able to sit through it again.

Loved it.

I really enjoyed this and got a few insights along the way. The first session with Kim was fantastic and hilarious. I related to both Mel and Kim, top notch, and I love how there's no pussy footing around and no political correctness. very refreshing. Mel cuts through the BS like a hot knife through butter.
