A reality check book
Scott puts together a series of tips and suggestions that for those who have read similar books, are not new. However, the organization of the book plus the gathering of relevant points in it, together with a series of good examples and references, provides awareness of what we should already have known and encourages you to actually take actions. The set of references across the book gives you a good starting point as well.
