A wonderful read
If you’re like me and you used to be into training hard and being physically fit and knowing how to fuel yourself for optimum performance and then you fall into that mid life stage of marriage, children, mortgage, work and more work and before you know it you’re in your 50’s obese and need to find inspiration to get going again James book will nail it for you.
Highly recommend the read to give you some inspiration in life as well as not dieting !
