I write a lot of negative reviews. NOT THIS TIME!

Not so sure about it, hard to follow and only got over the pause and voice spiking in the last two chapters
Dramatic pause followed by pitch up in voice
Last two chapters made the most sense
He clearly has runs on the board but I think it lacks dynamics around relationship selling, but then again that's not the point of the book
Would have preferred another presenter
Haven't ever heard the terms used ever...no frames etc
The rest makes sense but it take some time to digest the frame on frame on frame references

Cutting through the nonsense
There are some superb and thought provoking quotes and texts within.
I would have like to have heard more on responding in a fashion that can not be used against oneself - for example if people are making judgements on ones manners, not asking for permission can or has been used against me .
