I loved it. The book gave me so much insight into my past relationships. I wish it also spoke about fearful avoidant attachment style. This is my attachment style and listening to this book made me feel like I was sabotaging my chances for intimacy, by being avoidant. I see that using effective communication and a secure style can help. But how do I do that when I want both distance AND intimacy.
