I really enjoy Dan Brown’s books and learning about the art/locations involved in his stories. This book could have been edited down quite a bit and I think it would have been more exciting. Did drag in some parts. Really enjoyed the narration by Paul Michael he was a great match for Brown’s work.

Beautifully dark and twisted

Brilliant!!! Amazingly dark but creative characters in a super twisty tale. The juxtaposition between beauty and horror make this a startlingly vivid book. I loved The Girl Before but Believe Me is even better.

Terrifying but brilliant. Eva is such an interesting character. A book I put down and couldn’t stop thinking about. I was constantly considering what I would do in her situation and still don’t have an answer now I’m finished. Very intriguing.

Read if u need to love yourself more.

I got this book after seeing Sarah Millican live in Melbourne. I find her hilariously funny as she talks about situations and thoughts that most women have experienced. I find her funnier live and had heard a lot of the jokes in the book already at her standup shows and tv appearances. Would recommend for anyone going through a rough patch and needing to love themselves more.

Time had made it even better

I was very excited to hear that Dr Sleep was going to be made into a movie so had to have a listen. King’s imagery of addiction and memories that haunt us is true life horror. Mix that in with a bunch of evil kid murdering RV people and it’s got battles of the mind and the flesh. I really enjoyed the performance by Will Patton. It really brought a level of suspense that made the book even more exciting.
