Wonderfully witty and the narration was almost perfect (points deducted for a terrible Aussie accent). This is a marvelous depiction that anyone who has travelled will relate to.

Sometimes it’s probably better to read rather than listen to a book, for me this was the case here. I’m certainly not criticizing the narration which was brilliant, it was the story itself I found hard to stay focused on. Maybe I’ll read the book one day.

Great story, plenty of twists and turns. It was an audible free book, surprisingly good. I suppose they want you to consider purchasing books from the same author, which I’ll definitely check out.

Well researched and the author is clearly passionate about this method, though a great deal of his ideas are not for me. I enjoy reading these types of books as I enjoy a healthy lifestyle. This is more a guide to keep fresh and get some new ideas. Some worthwhile and interesting points are made, others not so much. Worthwhile read/listen.

Having lost a child and experienced years of hospital admissions, this story was all too raw and emotional. Beautifully told with such brutal honesty. It’s so true, the majority of hospital staff are what you expect, brilliant, dedicated and caring. But there are a large number of incompetent, arrogant and unprofessional fools who belong nowhere near sick people. Can’t believe Bryce wrote his first couple of beautiful books while experiencing all this!

This was high octane and riveting from start to finish, also deep and tragic. Not sure where Nick Stone goes from here but about to download the next book and find out!

I’ve loved the Nick Stone series, I struggled to follow along with this one. Trouble with audiobooks, not sure if it was me or that this story was a little thin. I’ve already bought the next one!

Overall this isn’t great, but good enough to keep me interested through to the end. I couldn’t get into the narrator, again the narration wasn’t that bad, but I thought the voices of certain characters just didn’t fit. Good enough, glad I listened, though hardly memorable.

Just loved the concept of this book, if you could go back and prevent WW1 would you? Should you? And what would be the consequences? Wonderfully written, so many twists and superb narration. Ben Elton is such a unique and interesting writer.

Read the book, watched the movie, listened to the audiobook and now, will go rewatch the movie! This is a magnificent story, so unique and beautifully written. Will Wheaton was the perfect choice for narrator and did a brilliant job. Just love this, couldn’t recommend highly enough.
