Misleading title - fantastic book. Describes how little we can infer from how people look and behave, how dangerous situations escalate and why optimism is such a valuable asset for creating the kind of society you want to live in - even if it means you get misled sometimes. Intensely interesting, nice mix of story and research. Thanks.

Engaging book tracing many characters histories and weaving them together with unexpected outcomes. Extremely good oration.

Really enjoyed the writer - fantastically eloquently and densely put prose about many aspects of life with a light storyline and a twist to boot. Philosophical snippets as a story. Very enjoyable.
