Holidays, School and Food are by far the funniest episodes- really enjoyed listening to this in the car after lockdown ended. Light and humour filled throughout. Good effort!

Loved this. Especially after the Australian grand prix was cancelled! I bought this on audible and enjoyed the stories of F1 life and times. Good to get the warts and all viewpoint of a sport shrouded in secrecy and mystique. Approachable and easy listening. Finished the book in 3 days! Very engaging listen - whether you are a J.B. fan or not.

Having watched the C4 series ‘Who Dares Wins’, and read all of the other directing staff’s stories, there was something different in all of them. What I liked about this one from ‘Billy’ was his empathy, coaching of others, grit and determination. ‘Always a little further’ is something I have been utilising in my fitness/work/family life. Read this or better still, audiobook it. There’s great stories, life lessons and moments of adventure, joy and surprises. Every young teenage Male growing up in today’s society should read this book. It’s got direction and purpose . Well done.

Finally a leadership book that delivers. I loved this tale of raw and uncompromising approaches to dealing with a number of frontiers. Fabulous, relevant and much needed guile and honesty in a world fast becoming soft.

Fantastically engaging from the outset; lived the raw and brutal honesty. Delighted there are books like this that go against the current attack on masculinity by feminist identity politics. Men like the protagonist in the story are the men saving our lives daily.

Great insights. The ‘society matron’ and ‘reputation economy’ descriptions are wonderful. A knockout punch to the shrill, whiny social justice victim culture. Loved this from start to end. Best line, ‘just because I’m a gay, white Male from a wealthy background, doesn’t constitute lack empathy or compassion’

As a suede fan from the 90’s, I lived through the story in real time. Liked how the prose offers great vignettes of early 90’s England. Fabulous insights and moving storytelling. Avoids the Cocaine and gold discs cliche and narrates us instead to the human side of the outsider on the brink of cataclysmic music and cultural shift

Another jaunt with the trainspotting team in devilishly divine territory. Couldn’t resist listening to this in huge binges. Grisly, gross, funny and at times improbable but it’s great to have an unexpected trip with the trainspotting folks once more.

For men everywhere (and the men in your lives if you’re female). Factual, data driven and fabulously informed insights to counter the current vogue for men bashing and labelling any male behaviour as toxic masculinity when it doesn’t fit a feminism doctrine. Hopefully opens societal eyes to the hidden challenges men and boys face in today’s world... if of course anyone actually cares to be informed or accept that men are not all privileged and toxic.

Hilariously un-PC, good fun and crude humour but with 4 chapters I found constant repeat of jokes across all chapters which made this feel a but of a rip off
