Fantastic information. I have been weight training since my early 20`s ( I am now 59). The training method of time under tension really does give you the best results. Wished I trained Doug`s way earlier, but it`s never too late as explained in the book. Do yourself a favour, buy the book and start performing the exercises.

Loved it. Helps you understand we are all capable and that living with regret is far worse than trying something and not hitting the mark. Just keep trying , it will come.
