Too good not to listen to. Voice actor was very easy to listen to and varied tone to help you stay tuned in. had some fascinating insights from multiple perspectives and shared some interesting takes on attachment and stress in mothers.

Advice is both practical, realistic and helpful. Interesting to here about different scientific studies and challenges people face on the diet and recommendations to assist with those. best piece of advice is just how much you can loose in a short amount of time as a key motivator to help you stick to the diet.
