while I have enjoyed the series I am finding the repeating crossover stories a little annoying will be nice to have a book that explains why middle falls is so special or is it happening everywhere

After being addicted to the other 4 books in the series this was disappointing. It's a collection of short stories with a mix of times and places, it gives some clues I guess of where the series might go but overall it was a little like watching a directors cut of a movie and then realizing why they cut those scenes in the first place. There were a couple of good stories but not worth the money considering it's the same cost as a full length book which is nearly three times longer

This book has taught me to listen to the previews before committing a credit to a book. The performance was hard to listen to, and the story line very predictable. Had to listen all the way through to the end but I will avoid any other book that has Kate Rudd as the Narrator
