Ross Greene gives us an amazing strategy for resolving conflict, not just between parents and children but between siblings, partners, and this system could be used in schools and workplaces. It is respectful and dynamic. I wish I had this years ago!

You'll be wincing in recognition and scratching your head in incredulity, but like Marian herself you won't be able to stop laughing at the sheer delightful absurdity that is modern life - because each and every one of us is clearly making it up as we go along. She has wonderful and tickling words of advice for those fast approaching 50.

Marian Keyes is funny, insightful, and disarmingly honest about her own inadequacies and struggles with mental health difficulties. She is a great commentator on people and life, and is laugh-out-loud funny! I could have heard a bit less about how awed she is by celebrities, but overall thoroughly recommended, particularly as an audiobook as the narrator brings it to life with her wonderful Irish accent.
