Prosecuting attorney in the Manson trial Vincent Bugliosi held a unique insider's position in one of the most baffling and horrifying cases of the 20th century: the cold-blooded Tate-LaBianca murders carried out by Charles Manson and four of his followers. What motivated Manson in his seemingly mindless selection of victims, and what was his hold over the young women who obeyed his orders? Now available for the first time in unabridged audio, the gripping story of this famous and haunting crime is brought to life by acclaimed narrator Scott Brick.

Do you have a dream you must pursue, but everyone says it's unrealistic? Or that you're not qualified? Too old, too out of shape? Or you don't have the "right experience?" Glenn Damato was a 41-year-old software instructor who sought to exceed the bounds of his comfortable but humdrum existence. He embarked on an adventure for which he was miserably unprepared. Why did he do this? How did he answer the ancient human question: how do we jump-start growth in our lives? We become something we were not.

I was a little concerned when I purchased this book as there were a few negative comments from some reviewers. This is a GREAT read!! Candid, honest, funny. I highly recommend it and the narration is just perfect. A true account that I Sure many insecure people can relate too and I wish Glenn all the best!

As the author of many classic works on science and philosophy, Richard Dawkins has always asserted the irrationality of belief in God and the grievous harm it has inflicted on society. He now focuses his fierce intellect exclusively on this subject, denouncing its faulty logic and the suffering it causes.

It seems the author has written this book to be read by his intellectual peers. Now I don't claim to be an idiot, just a man in the street with an interest in the topic. I found this book far to wordy, many of them I had to hit the dictionary! After chapter 9 that was it for me. A book for true Theologians only
