You might think laziness, lack of willpower, and/or low motivation are to blame for the fact that you aren't achieving your goals. But fascinating research in the field of psychoneuroimmunology has revealed another, far more likely possibility. One with the potential to transform your life in a dramatic way.

Very informative and relatable
Very informative book that answered a lot of questions about stress and anxiety.
Also found the explanations on the brains behaviour very helpful, particularly the sections relating to PTSD.
Listening to the book was hard going up until the explanation of the left and right sides of the brain. After hearing this explanation I made sure I only listened when the left side of my brain was active. This made a huge difference to my listening experience.
I also found that watching something unstimulating on TV while listening made a difference (I watched a train travel across Australia).
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is trying to understand their behaviour as a result of Stress or PTSD.
