I absolutely loved this book. From the very beginning I knew this book was going to be a favourite of mine. It was wonderfully written, the characters had depth and the story drew me in with its mystery. An absolute five star read. Now off to read Killian’s story I’m expecting great things...

I loved this book (beautifully cruel) a few months ago when I bought the ebook - it was totally a 5⭐️ read. I didn’t think anything could make it any better but oh my the audio version was to die for 🔥both of the narrators out did themselves with such convincing performances. Troy Duran is a new narrator to me and the very second he spoke his first word as Liam I was hooked. His voice is so deep and soulful, full of power and all the chemistry that comes with Liams character. The perfect choice I only hope that we get to hear him again voicing Killian. If I could give more than 5⭐️ I would it was totally worth it ❤️

I had big expectations of this book as I had a lot of people recommend it to me but I've got to say I was a little disappointed. I did like that Aida was a good match to Callum challenging him at every turn but I feel like there was something missing. I can't quite put my finger on it maybe it was chemistry or a lack of it but I was left wanting more.

I hate to say it because I usually love Marie Force's books but I couldn't get into this book. There's no way it enticed me to read the whole series which is so long. So unfortunately this is where this ends for me.

Noah and Meg were great characters (I love police dog handlers) who had an awesome friendship that turned into an awesome relationship. The book was well written, the characters were well developed and the chemistry was off the charts. The perfect combination. The story was sweet at times and heart breaking in others but the author made the transition work well. The narration was perfect bringing the characters to life.

I loved this book. It was dark and dirty and full of intrigue and mystery. The characters had great chemistry and the alpha was so alpha that it made me swoon when he spoke. The narration was perfect. Sebastian and Ava killed it as Cyrus and Ivy.

Whilst I enjoyed this collection I think the taboo topics included were not for me. If I looked at each individual story I enjoyed them but when they were all put together it was too much for me - the content was too heavy. The idea of dating my best friends girl or child abuse or body shaming made the stories a little too serious I like my books lighter so I can escape from reality. I did however like the characters and the friendships and the narration.

This extension of the King series has me addicted. I can’t wait to see what happens next with each new book. But the cliffhanger ending of this book was so cruel....I need to get my hands on the next book ASAP to find out what happens.

Wow! What a great start to a new series...

It feels like every time I review a book written by Willow Winters I say this was her best book to date. Then I read/listen to another book and I say the exact same thing. I absolutely love the MERCILLES world and the characters in it. Marcus was introduced throughout this world only in glimpses. I hated him but now I kind of love him or at least I need more of him to make my decision. This was part one in the series so I only met him briefly but can't wait to find out more. Teddy Hamilton was great as Marcus. Desiree Ketchum was a new narrator to me so I was unsure what to expect from her but I have to say she did a great job at narrating Delilah.

I love this series. The Sinclair's and their partners, I just can't seem to get enough of. This book was Owen and Layla's story and I've got to say I enjoyed the 2nd chance friends to lovers trope. It made me laugh and cry and I was so cheering for their successful navigation of the relationship. I listened via audible and I enjoyed the narration - the only improvement would have been to have two narrators, one male and one female.

Wow, wow and more wow!!!!!

OMG! This book was the perfect. Lauren Blakely has out done herself with this book. It's forbidden, a little or a lot filthy, sweet, loving, accepting and scorching hot. The narration was out of this world good. Emma, Joe and Shane literally made me feel included in the story, bringing it to life in the best way. By far one of my best reads of 2020 so far.
