Story
When Carrie Fisher recently discovered the journals she kept during the filming of the first Star Wars movie, she was astonished to see what they had preserved - plaintive love poems, unbridled musings with youthful naiveté, and a vulnerability that she barely recognized. Today, her fame as an author, actress, and pop-culture icon is indisputable, but in 1977, Carrie Fisher was just a (sort-of) regular teenager.

A beautiful insightful book about Carrie Fisher
Reviewed: 17-01-2021
A beautifully written truthful book about Carrie's life before, during and after Princess Leia. Carrie shatters any dissolution that Hollywood has created this high rolling persona of an actress life. Carrie speaks of her relationship with Harrison and life on set of Star Wars and how she feels about Comic con expos. It is well written, funny, insightful and truthful about her life and to top it off she narrates in her voice to be more personal for the reader. I loved it and thank Carrie for writing this before the Force took you to another dimension far far away.

I love the fascinating shadow world you have created especially creating back story to the Nephilim that reside in it. Easy to read especially from the era it was written from and the insight into the family of Shadowhunters what they must indure to keep the humans safe from the shadow world
