The practice of what is commonly known as hatha yoga is but one of eight branches of the body of knowledge that is yoga. Yoga is a sophisticated system of self-empowerment that is capable of harnessing and activating inner energies in such a way that your body and mind function at their optimal capacity. It is a means to create inner situations exactly the way you want them, turning you into the architect of your own joy. A yogi lives life in this expansive state, and in this transformative book Sadhguru tells the story of his own awakening.

Overnight, his simple life is shattered and he is thrust into a perilous new world of destiny, magic and power. With only an ancient sword and the advice of an old storyteller for guidance.

This is a wonderful book on the 37 verses of Bodhisattvas. Clear explanation on each verse accompanied with modern day reflections on the path from a variety of practitioners experiences.

Some say the title doesn't fit, however I believe it does, very well. If we were to believe everything we thought we'd never get anywhere close to even an aspiration to help others, let alone all others.

Loved it. Will re-listen too.
